Fiftythird LeenaneSheep Show took place on September 8th.
It's hard to believe that for over half a century the Leenane Sheep Show has continued to to be an important event in the sheep farmers callender. The event was well supported by farmers and their families travelling from across Galway and Mayo to support the event. The Sheep Show Committee would like to thank all the sponsors and local businesses who donated raffle prizes and locals who helped out on the day. All funding raised at the Sheep Show goes back into the local community through Leenane Development Association.
